"Good old boy mentality still exists, top jobs go to the friends, it's all about who you know, not what you know. They do not follow their own values - DO THE RIGHT THING."

"Do the right thing, open your eyes and see the talent and work out the dead wood."
"It was great working with Countrywide. However business slowed and with the buyout from Bank of America I was laid off."
