"I've worked for Bank of America 10+ years. Branches are being stripped fte (staff hours) cutting from the front lines, and being expected to provide customers excellent top notch service is unfair when we have a skeleton crew working at all times. Every day I have to hear complaints from customers about why we only have one teller or at most two tellers when there is a line clear back to the door. Customers are very dissatisfied and my staff suffers the consequences of poor satisfaction scores."
