"I worfed in IBM china for two years. I thinks that is is a good work environment but depends on project."
"it was good but it couldve been better."
"I've worked for IBM as a coop intern and the company did teach me a lot. At a huge company, they do care about the future of our human being and I am very glad to have an opportunity to work there. As a Core Software Developer, I dealt with clients complained issues as well as create new features. I worked both in a team and individually, people worked in IBM are all very helpful and easy-going."
"They are offshoring their technical teams which I feel is a detriment to the company."
"Good work environment. Everyone in my team is very cooperative; when we are assigned tasks, everyone gets involved to resolve any issues. I met very good team members here."
"Worked from IBM since 2017. I interned and then was hired full-time. I went through the Summit program which was an intense 6 month sales training program. It was such an amazing learning experience to have right after college. Now I work with financial services companies."
"Good job was there in At&t building"
"I've worked with IBM for over 20 years. The cloud business hasn't taken off for IBM like they thought it should. As a result the raises and promotions have been slow in coming. IBM has also changed it's HR plans for the employees which have not been beneficial. It would be a great place to start a career, but not to stay more the 5 years before moving on."
"Great place to work. Provides the right work life balance"
"I worked for IBM for 5.5 years. The first 3 years were with LATAM sales and support. I traveled extensively to Latin America to meet with new prospects and existing clients. These were my best 3 years at IBM. The last 2 years I was in a role that did not require traveling. It was basically growth on existing accounts."
"I've worked for IBM since 2015. I've found it to be an amazing company with good values and a strong emphasis on leadership within our company. The company employs 400,000 and has more than 4 locations in Texas."
"Nice Place and People to work with."
"Excellent work environment. Powerful management. Enjoyed it a lot. Work hard and you'll create history."
"I’ve worked for IBM for nearly 2 years and have greatly enjoyed my experience. I have learned a lot from highly-intelligent and innovative individuals."
"Valuable experience. Access to a lot of companies (clients) from around the globe while working for a company with high name recognition. They're constantly trying to reinvent themselves in a highly volatile environment. They do change for the sake of change without a clear vision or grasp of a realistic outcome. They're not the IBM most companies expect. They overcommit and underdeliver."
