"Distributed management across the board. Get rid of the clicks and allow room for people to grow professionally by placing diverse people on projects not the usual suspects."

"I had my own office, it was quiet, I could focus on researching what our competition was doing and place on a server the project managers could log into."

"Ask a lot of questions regarding what your responsibilities are. Get a complete understanding. Perhaps as project managers are excellent at selling they should do well. Have a great education and experience."

"Just wish I had more of a job description and could have added more value to the organization. I wish I have a pc that worked better than it did."
