"Great, talented staff. Peers can provide significant information and are always helpful."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"If they say 90% travel - it's really 100% and all the travel time is on your time. Be prepared to work 60+ hours to manage to bill (and get credit for 40 hours)."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Terrible management. 100% travel, no work life balance allowed. Penalized for performance when control is not given or even allowed. No training. Lip service to ethics and business conducts, but continually asked to ignore or violate them for numbers at clients expense."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Consider practicing what you preach. Quit off shoring American jobs while trying to get stimulus money."
