"As with any place we sometimes get to work with people who have a different work ethic than others, and that can make for a difficult working experience."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"As my manager was out of Phoenix and I was up in Minnesota for a year and a half I never saw her, which is unfortunate. Maybe for them to get out and see their people once or twice a year would be a good thing."
