"I've worked with IBM for over 20 years. The cloud business hasn't taken off for IBM like they thought it should. As a result the raises and promotions have been slow in coming. IBM has also changed it's HR plans for the employees which have not been beneficial. It would be a great place to start a career, but not to stay more the 5 years before moving on."
