"Waste of time, only good for padding your resume. The pay is awful, the perks are awful, they never do anything on time, they lie and make up excuses about pay, and you can never move up. Once you're in a position, no matter how good you are, they never let you progress in the company."

"The team for VOIP is excellent; really some of the best guys in the industry. The downsides are nearly 100% traveling time, and IBM can be a bureaucracy, so getting administrative stuff done is not fun. There are also frequent resource actions, however, I find they do try and keep their top talent.Overall I enjoyed my time at IBM."
"Regardless of the market conditions and how well the company is doing, IBM goes through normal and regular workforce reductions. Anyone is a target regardless of your capability and performance ratings. It's a revolving door policy. Just not my cup of tea. I prefer a more stable environment based on job performance and sales revenue to sustain business."
