In this COVID19 epidemic season, IBM didn't start lay off employee till the end of May which I think it couldn't sustain any longer. Also, it gives its employees two months notifications and 3 months severance package together with a relocation offer. It really is a good company."

"Pros: IBM is the first company I worked for that supported a balanced work life (work/home). They provide laptops to all employees. You will work with team across the world (India, China, Germany) which could mean non-standard work schedules. Cons: You are a little fish in a big pond. It's very cut-throat, especially if you have a high salary."

"Too much change in management recently and no room for growth. The salaries are not competitive."
