"You are disposable. Have no loyalty to the company, as they have none toward you (unless, possibly, you are an executive level employee."

What don't you like about working at IBM?

"Senior management uses the old excuse that we are not making any money, in order to lay off and cut salaries. No raises, of course. They realize we will never make a profit, as we compete against China and Taiwan, and they use that to full advantage. We make the high performance server parts, for the big machines, so we are allowed to exist."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Lower management needs to get a pair and hammer away at upper management, to let them know the employees are wise to to game and are sick of it."

"Contract work, Very interesting was extended 2 times for 9 months."

"I wish I could be a direct employee."
