What do you like about working at Xerox?
"I like getting a paycheck and vacation time. I like some of my immediate coworkers. Sadly it is a short list."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"There is a really good smoke screen that you will have to be very probing to get through. Things are not as rosy as they may appear. Do your homework. Talk to actual employees on the ground floor about what it is like to work here. Be CAUTIOUS."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"Company treats employees poorly, as a financial liability rather than a skilled asset. There have not been any raises in 5 years, and when employees are promoted, they also do not receive an increase in pay for the added responsibilities. As a result, morale is extremely poor. As jobs diasappear, people are becoming both territorial and grasping. The company does not seem to realize the impact of their policies is causing cracks in the foundation; these can't remain hidden for much longer."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Sign up for Undercover Boss. I'm serious. You are out of touch and need to understand what is going on in your company. You can't do that from your office. Come walk a day in my shoes."
"Gotta Get Out Of Here!"
What do you like about working at Xerox?

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Avoid at all costs, the place is going down.... Unless you are in India then maybe you can flourish with this company."
What don't you like about working at Xerox?
"The place feels like a sinking ship. There have been no raises for years. The HCL outsourcing was such a terrible idea. The timing with cancelling future product projects killed any morale that may have been left. Everyone who can is quitting and going to new jobs."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Go back 2 years in time and do things differently next time. Give Raises. Treat us with respect. Don't farm jobs out to India. You can't expect us to stick around when we see how you treat our coworkers.... no loyalty, shame on you Ursula and cohorts"
