"Xerox is void of any sense of culture whatsoever, and this is reflected in how they treat their employees. You aren’t valued, even when you bring value, because you’re nothing more than a number in an equation. Pay raises are almost nonexistent and when they do happen, total less than $1 per hour. We constantly lost team members because new hires would come in with starting pay exceeding long-term employees. The environment is something resembling toxic."
