"I've worked in this position for 2 years now and since then the only thing the company has done is increase its overseas employees and decrease American jobs. There have been no opportunities to advance and you can be certain not to accept anything that you do not get in writing or you will not have it at all."
"The Xerox Corp is good company to work, my team especially was great."
"It's has been a fantastic opportunity for me to learn some great skills and meet some great people."
"I've worked for Xerox for 2 years. Though I enjoy the people I work with Xerox as a company I've found is all about numbers. They could care less for me as a person and only care about profit. To this end they refuse to give me a raise. My supervisor has boasted about my skill and work ethic yet they still deny it."
"I've worked for Xerox Unclaimed Property for 2 years and while the group I worked with was awesome, there were a great deal of limitations in terms of lack of training, the work environment is a bit depressing with a great deal of empty desks and the separation of groups."
"I have worked for Xerox for two years now. At this time the company is having a difficult time that has resulted in a lack of raises and tense work environment. My direct supervisor is one of the best that I have worked with in my life. However often times we have to work with aging technology to get the job done right."
"Working for Xerox In 2011 and found to very friendly and lovely place to work."
"Pretty good company with good benefit package and decent team to work with. Main reason to leave the company is the target to relocate to California where I have many friends and relatives."
"I've worked for the company for a few years, and while some things having gotten better in that time, I've watched the company repeatedly make poor business decisions and then had RIFs or furloughs to make up for their poor decisions."
"I've worked for Xerox Corporation since 2002 and it's a great company to work for. Xerox prides itself on diversity and personally I've seen a lot of that throughout my years. Your ability to move up within the company isn't the greatest."
"Sales is in a death spiral cutting back on training and support constantly."
"I had a really enjoyable experience working here, a lot of great people and overall a great place to work. Wish I didn't move back to the East Coast. The managers overall are great and if you need help there is always someone there to help you out."
"I have worked for Xerox for 6 years. It was a great environment, I would have retired with the company if it were possible.Everyone was let go or left that was under our VP, about 50 of after we completed a 6 yr project. We were a great team, I have many friends within Xerox. As a Sr Software Developer My job was in my hands and I really loved my position. I was responsible for moving all the data in and out of the document management system."
"What a terrible job. Supervisor's first role as sup, he is terrified. Very crowded, noisy, smelly environment. If you can fog a mirror, you have a job. No support, training is a joke, if you have a question or escalation be prepared to wait and make your customer wait 10, 20 minutes or more. Many coworkers are crazy and hideous. No coffee. Horribly crowded, you will have someone's face 12 inches away from yours."
"Xerox does not treat its employees very well. They expect to put the bare minimum amount of techs on an account, and expect everyone to basically work more than one position. There have been no raises in the time I was there, and in fact when the company didn't make its promised bottom line, the techs were expected to take a week off without pay to compensate."
