"Disaster management is pretty good here in maintaining the applications. The bridge will be opened immediately if there is any disaster/issue in the production environment."

"Try to figure out if the hiring manager is decent. (There are only a few.)"

"AirTouch is now Verizon. I understand that sales quotas are more difficult to attain and have strict discipline."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?

"Once I moved to a new area of office (sales admin), I was not able to change back to sales until I completed six months. By the time my six months were up, the position was not available and I wanted to move on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees' feedback. Remove the six-month mandatory minimum time requirement when in a new area of the office."
