"It was a good experience that branched me into other sales positions. I enjoyed working with the people there."

What do you like about working at Verizon Communications?

"I like that there was a good atmosphere at Airtouch, with good teamwork and good friendships. I discovered that sales came easy to me here."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"AirTouch is now Verizon. I understand that sales quotas are more difficult to attain and have strict discipline."

What don't you like about working at Verizon Communications?

"Once I moved to a new area of office (sales admin), I was not able to change back to sales until I completed six months. By the time my six months were up, the position was not available and I wanted to move on."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Listen to employees' feedback. Remove the six-month mandatory minimum time requirement when in a new area of the office."
