"I disliked the union vs management mentality. I disliked working with union employees because they had an entitlement attitude and would do the least amount of work."

"Modernize the workforce by removing the unions. They are unproductive."

"I dislike the vision of downsizing, trying to do the same amount of work with less personnel."

"Listen to lower level managers about workload and the future of the direction of the company."

"Stay away from this place if you can. They will treat you like illegal immigrants without any rights. Working hours are long, with only 40 hours of pay. Your boss will treat you like his personal servant."

"Treat employees like human beings with respect, and manage to pay according to the work hours."

"The video portion of Verizon is doing fine. Don't lay off in this business unit. Most of the layoffs are occurring in the wireline side of the business."
