"I have worked for UPS since October 2019. The company culture bleeds through every employee at UPS; which is being customer-centric in every possible avenue. Safety is one of their mantras which shows they truly care about their employees. I have been able to build valuable relationships with the hopes of growing with their company. "I worked for cracker barrel for 2 years and have found it to be a great company to allow anyone to grow into something more then even you thought you could not be. They help you with whatever you need and always understanding. Cracker-barrel gives you the opportunity to continue with them anywhere in the united states. Let's say you have to move states they can allow you to kove stores and keep the same hours you needed before or change them if you would like to. I am always welcomed there and always have a spot in my heart for the whole company."
