"These people are nice, but do not confuse nice with pushover. The interview is knowledge based, so you better know your staff. Premium is also placed on teamwork, so be a team player."

"Despite best efforts to make it humming like a hummingbird, it tends to stray into Big Business; sometimes thinking fast growth may be better than we have arrived."
