"I've worked for Time Warner Business Class for a little over a year now. This company is focused on the customer experience and strives to be the best in the field. There is tremendous internal competition. We battle over the same opportunities with around 40 reps on the same sales floor along with inside sales and channel sales. There is great potential to earn some good money."

"Not a place to hone your skills - very proprietary."

Agent

"Xspedius is a good place to work, for a fair amount of money, if you are looking for a stable company with many conventional voice and data applications."

What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"I liked that I was very knowledgeable about the products and I was able to technically support my independent agents and our clients. I liked that I was able to mentor several people who went on with their careers in telecom. Xspedius had very few deployment issues."

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"I think if I had not been an Sales Agent Manager, I would have enjoyed it more. Unfortunately, the platform on which most of the agents signed up to be independent providers, simply allowed them to get their own services at a reduced rate in cost."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"The El Paso region needs to be built on the true concept of agents in the field, with selling Xspedius products as one of the Agent's primary responsibilities. I would venture to say that I was probably the only one who ever did much in that territory, after the initial agents signed on because most of the agents there, were not really into selling."

Project Manager

"interesting"

What do you like about working at Spectrum?

"To clarify on above recommendation score I have referred several people that are employed by Time Warner Cable. One of which is my own father! Due to the changes that have taken place I will refer no more. As far as what I like(d). The pay was good at one point, the freedom was great, and the benefits incredible!"

What don't you like about working at Spectrum?

"I don't care for the fact that even though my statistics were far above and beyond the others in my position, be it management or not, I basically have no long term future here due to my decision not to participate in the management cliques. I accepted job at Time Warner to excel based on merit. Not social status."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Look at dedication and performance opposed to who goes to lunch with you."
