"We have to bid for schedules every 3 to 6 months. Your schedule will be changed and we have to make new arrangements and schedule trades (if available with other employees) every 3-6 months."

"Try to make the schedule change easier for people, seniority."

"Once I reached a certain level, my career there was stifled because there were no higher IT management positions for me to move into. Also, the pay was low compared to other companies in the area."

"Did not enjoy lack of promised benefits. Also did not enjoy the way employees were treated by upper management."
