"The market that we sell to is shrinking do to the internet. And the company is slow to change the business model customer base is shrinking fast."

"Start looking towards the internet online marketing and sale of short run printing digital concepts personal note cards invatation business cards I think this is the answer"

"Closed doors because the demand for Ford Van conversions diminished."

"I would be more progress and more willing to take risks. Also, there would be a much higher salary for employees and hire the best young talent."

"Team work (Product, Manufacturing, and Tooling), Lot of business that keeps everybody busy and the opportunity itself is great."

"Just be honest, and there will be lot of traveling to Mexico, Canada and other overseas."

"I don't have anything against this company. The company treated me right and had to cut back during the bad times of the economy."

"Apply lessons learned through out the organization. Plan for long term growth and employee training."

"Just don't do it! You are worth finding a place that will treat you with respect and not cheat you if you Re commission based."

"Everything except the four nice people that I met. I also think its nice to have a football and baseball raffle."

"I can suggest all I like but nothing will be done and nothing will change. It's a 30 year old company with the same sad history of problems."

"They have a great customer base and great sale. Having commission was a great motivator."

"Counter manager turnover was extreme in the 1 year I was there, I had 3."

"At Dillard's, I enjoy the people I work with, my manager, and the customers I help."

"Making your sales per hour is possible at Dillard's, but being consistent as a worker is important."

"My schedule was never consistent, and the new schedule for the next month we would not get until the day before, so it was hard to plan anything ahead of time."

"I would suggest more team meetings to further drive business and provide great customer service."

"Interview them, not them interview you. Know what your interviewing for, ask questions, Know the culture and ask yourself are you really dedicated to selling cars and giving up your personal life to make a few dollars"

"Hours, inconsistant money and customers, no personal life, lack of respect management gives. Pay isn't great plus they take money away from you as form of a draw check"

"Get rid of minI deals and if there's going to be a draw check, make it that it doesn't carry over every month"
