"I liked my manager, he was very nice and friendly."

"I wouldnt reccommend it unless you are just trying to learn about the business and dont need the money"
What don't you like about working at AVA Diamonds?
"There are many things. No benefits. I was expected to bring in new business and was not given the tools to take care of all the new business I brought in. I had to travel...with my own car and was given no car allowance. I had to make day trips with no overnight stays so it did not give me the opportunity to get very far."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Benefits, car allowance, a corporate card to fly to customers as well as hotel stays..."

"The quality of the products was top notch and the sales training was very good."

"Have a reliable car with good gas mileage and be careful!"

"The work was nonstop with very questionable return on the sale."

"Give the Salespeople more of the type of leads that are likely to close and be completed so you don't starve them on poor quality leads that close, but don't leave anything for the Salespeople."

"I liked working with the customers and having to meet monthly sales goals and meeting those goals"

"If you want to sell cellular devices, you should try to get hired by a corporate wireless provider. Like Verizon, they look out for you."
What don't you like about working at 2 Brothers Communications?
"The commission was horrible, even with meeting all sales requirements we made maybe 2,000 a month. Which I think is extremely poor for a cellular device retailer that sells cellular devices that cost up to 1,000 dollars."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Our store manager was fine, but the district and corporate management only looked out for their self, which isn't right, they would fire people for no reason at all, just so it would suit them, one person they waited till the end of the month to fire so he could make a lot of sales and not have to give him the commission."

"Make all of your demands for salary and vacation time known in the interview. You will NOT be heard afterward."

"The constant abuse from supervisors and negative company morale. The inability to move up. The company policy about never giving raises."

"Stop being angry toward hard working employees for no reason. Reward those that do well. Do not tell employees they are unimportant and do not treat adults like petulant children."

"This actually was a nice place to work between contracts. Not something I would do as a career move. National Geo has great customers and DialAmerica really respects that relationship."

"Just be yourself and be ready to sell. They will support you but you must also come ready to perform."

"List I said above it was a filler job not a career move."

"have some team members come in earlier during the week and start 1 hour later on Saturdays. It's brutal to wake folks up with a sales call."

"The only good thing was the 9-5 work day and 1 hour lunch. Mind you, you get paid hourly, so you only get paid for 7 hours as your lunch hour doesn't count."
