"Nine out of ten sales reps do not last more than two weeks in that business. Potential employees must really believe that they can be top closers or else failure is certain."

"After the start of the year, the company business model changed. I do not, nor will I ever sell by deception so, ethically, we weren't a match."

"I would suggest bringing marketing and sales techniques back to an ethical approach."

"Pay was low and the work hours were not consistent. The schedule was based on employee availability each day."

"CEO/Owner is a dictator and incredibly difficult to work for and with. If you have a brain don't work here. If you want to be a mindless solider, here's a perfect job."

"don't, I would recommend stay away, existing employees bad attitudes ( from fear of losing job,refused to properly train new employees."

"management was lost, a new owner was taking over from a failing business and came in with pushy rude attitude towards employees and customers alike."

"get someone who knows how to run a business, pushing people around and making treats don't make a business. also its great to hire buddies but a dealership is not a motorcycle club."

"I like that every day is always different. Going to work is exciting because the potential to make money is there and it is a constant insentive to do better."

"I would say the best thing is to always have a positive attitude. When working in sales, your numbers will directly reflect your personality. Never prejudge a client, be confident and outgoing."

"I thoroughly enjoy working for the company, however there are not many opportunities for advancement."

"Management seems to often be on different pages when it comes to company policies, the outlook of the company and the integrity. With so many different departments and divisions of the company it is easy to be on different pages. Perhaps more meetings with the managers of all departments."

"Transwest no longer owns the Albuquerque facility and I do not have a good feel for current management."

"I really did not have any negative things to say about Transwest."

"Talk directly to your sales force. The Branch Manager filters too much info."
