"The position I held was impacted by the economy and sales were WAY down. Working for a newspaper was also antiquated in many ways."

"None. They are all educated, professional, and responsible. There was support from everyone."

"The money is great, but self-motivation is definitely a requirement."

"It seems that over the years, it has been more difficult to be paid as much as it has been in the past. New employees are treated much like the older ones. They make as much if not more money. Things have not gotten better, but worse over the years. Changes have not been good to those who have been there a long time."

"Focus more on the back office and processes needed to make sales run smoothly. Be aware of work/life balance for the employees as well."

"Upper management never promoted from within and made what most of the company felt were a lot of poor decisions bringing moral down. The high turn over rate in the sales department was proof of this."

"Treating your employees like they're disposable creates low moral. Sleeping with your employee and showing favoritism to them in front of the entire staff does not help either"
