"They do situation, task, and result interviews. so be prepared."
What don't you like about working at T-Mobile?
"Lack of direction, T-Mobile had a couple of time to capitalize on mistakes from other carriers but did not have the vision to make it happen."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Start looking at performers in the company instead of yes men and women. Idea's start for the bottom, asking managers what they think is pointless, because most of the time they are on the computer looking at numbers to tell reps how they are doing compared to everyone else instead of developing them."

What do you like about working at AT&T?
"This was a wonderful opportunity to work for an excellent company. The income potential was excellent, though dictated by the perception of the products in the industry."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Be prepared to do a sales pitch. Be confident and make sure you know your abilities and what you are capable of. Also be prepared for a position that is approximately 20% account management and 80% new business hunting as opposed to what the perception of the position is."
What don't you like about working at AT&T?
"They were not very innovative. When it came to their products, they had a very one size fits all mentality and did not develop fast enough thus falling behind the industry."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Be closer to the leader of the pack as opposed to coasting on reputation alone."

"Micro managing of it's employees causes difficulty in work relationships and increases stress."

"that she needs to cut her employees back on waste of expensive products. keep them from borrowing against next pay check. Its a small company less than 30 employees so she h"

"Overall, VWR is a good company to work for, they are still trying to figure out who they want to be."

"Learn consistancy. Changing things every year do not give an idea enough time to develop fully."

"The day I left the company due to it a company that treats its sales people poorly."
Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?
"Go in looking at it as a stepping stone job.It is not a company you want to stay with.Salary way below industry average, you will work long hours more computer reports than selling.They don't worry about sales they worry about what you put into the CRM. Run from this company unless you need a job. I know out of my class maybe one guy is left. Turnover his extremely high for sales representatives. Is it the sales representatives for management."
What don't you like about working at Klingspor Abrasives?
"1. Computer work 2. Paying for company car with gps in it3. So called protect territory only when they want it to be. I sold stuff in my area that due to computer glitch went to other sales people4. National salesmanager only worries about computer numbers not reality and customers see this. Alot of customers do not want to deal with klingspor5. Pay horriable6. Next step up regional manager pays $33,000 wow not worth it7. I made $7,000 over my goal last month and still got thrown to the curb due to I questioned them when someone sold something in my territory which is supose to be protected. Don't ask questions or the National Sales Manager who not from the industry will fire you. Maybe he needs to go due to turnover very high for our industry. I think only person left out of my training class.Oh, yeah you don't get a true vacation time I was actually working taking orders on my vacation time which they charged me back that when I was fired. Its a company that does not care about people. Product ok not as good as 3M they just get you to believe it. Quality control at the mexico converter plant was average to below average. Lost a few accounts due to bad quality control."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"1. Bring quality of the products up that are converted at the plant in Mexico2. Fire National Sales Manager and get a Sales Manager that more worried about sales than computer reporting that is from the industry."

"I liked the people. I liked the customers. I liked the products and services."

"Show how you will be able to contribute to the company's efforts."

"I did not have a 401K plan. I had only two weeks vacation."

"Establish a 401K plan. Be more generous with time off."

"I would not suggest working here to anyone looking for a long term career. It's a great stepping stone for a VERY short period of time."

"dishonest management and lack of regard for anyone but themselves"

"They need to completely rethink their thought process as to how they treat people to prevent so much turnover. Be honest, don't go behind people's backs and sabotage their work."

"there was no room for growth I wanted to go up the ladder even more"

"you need to have great communication skills and a great work plan that is will make the job easier for your employees and you have to show them how you are benefiting them as well as they are benefiting you. in addition you need to make sure that you are fair in dividing the work load"
