"That the company will be going out of business. I wish that the death in the family had never occurred and that this company would continue forever."

"They made fun of people, and were unethical and mean. Managers were inexperienced."

"its a demanding job in a demanding field, but it feels good to be giving back which is what TOMS is all about. in general, its best to keep up the 'niceness' with your co-workers, but don't get too involved."
What don't you like about working at TOMS Shoes?
"their seemed to be too many cooks in the kitchen. a lot of young people with little to no after college experience. those that were seasoned divided themselves into cliques and what I discovered was that it all seems based on superficial relationships."

"created a more positive supportive environment at the home office and created a better work-load distribution"

"The company is making a strong push to adapt to the changing landscape of foodservice."

"The industry itself is highly competitive. The same roadblocks come around over and over."

"The rollout of massive new technologies could have been at a more organized and steady pace."

What do you like about working at Maumee Antique Mall?
"I enjoyed the history of the Merchandise. I enjoyed working with my friends. Getting to meet new people. I also got to do a lot of maintenance work that taught me skill I still have till today."

"It was fun. Also there is a golf range and batting cages right behind the building."
What don't you like about working at Maumee Antique Mall?
"My complaint came when my friend was wrongly fired. The owner wanted to give his daughter a job and they fired my friend to make room for her. I left the job because I thought it was a shady thing to do."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"At the time I was making sub minimum wage. $7.00. I put down $30,000 up above but it was actually more like $10,000. It needed an answer and that was the lowest increment. I never asked for a raise. Never missed a day. I was there more to hang out with my friends and get stuff done. I really couldn't voice my opinion on how management was run."

"The scenery was always changing. It wasn't just an office job. Promotion was based on performance"

"Clarify information regarding vacation time and work hours prior to making a final decision. Company was a little misleading with work schedules and how vacation was earned."

"Unrealistic expectations of how long the job should take to be accomplished and not accounting for meetings, driving time on route and other fixed data."

"Understand your personnel to more effectively help them and your customers in the market."

"It is a giant call center and very difficult to move upwards or have suggestions be taken into consideration"
