"I like that the work schedule is flexible with my class schedule, so I am allowed to work and attend Purdue full-time so I am still able to graduate"

"Just be yourself, walk into with all the confidence in the world, and you'll be good to go"

"I wish that there were more opportunities for growth in the pay that I receive"

"I would suggest that Officescape get faster computers. I spend more time waiting on the computer to load than anything else."

"Don't be nervous at the interview. Be yourself and let the manager know who you are and what you can do for the company."

"I give the company a chance to earn my trust and then I will be able to determine."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Don't judge a book by its cover. Every candidate has something to bring to the table. Even if there experience isn't as much as you would like."
What do you like about working at AmeriBanc National?
"I like nothing about working here except my paycheck. That boss is too fat to even get out of her chair and her fat side kick doesn't know how to shut her mouth for two minutes!"

"Look for another job. Over the past seven months that I've been there, only one person makes it out of the training class and becomes a full-time employee. A lot of times nobody makes it to be full time. You have to write your own script and you start on the phones the very first day. The company is a joke!"
What don't you like about working at AmeriBanc National?
"Ameribanc has the worst management in place! My boss is always eating or yelling at people. They tell everybody to be positive but the management is always being negative towards the employees with their threats and constant yelling at us and taking away our bonus money and breaks. They even make us come in on Saturdays and hold our checks from us on Friday until we get off on Saturday, but yet we only get paid for 40 hours a week. The company is wrong in so much that they do. I'm currently looking for another job - worst seven months of my life working for this company!"
What suggestions do you have for management?
"I would turn the loud music down so we can here the customer on the phone first off. Stop having unpaid mandatory lunch and learns, (They make you sit in a room during your 30 minute lunch so that you can learn, they say.) They also will make you work sometimes until 7 p.m. and also will make you work Saturdays and won't pay you on Friday, but hold your check from you until Saturday and they make you work all those hours and you still only get paid for 40 hour work weeks."

"I'm micromanaged all the time, I'm not paid for time spent in the office, just for actual appointments, and I have to find my own clients."

"I'd stop being up in my employee's business all the time."

"Trust your people a little more. You have a rigorous hiring process, trust that you've made the right choice without needing to micro manage."

"It was close to home, paid the bills, decent benefits, and good about Holidays off."

"I would advise anyone NOT to interview unless you are desperate for a job."
What don't you like about working at Bisco Industries?
"Horrible vision coming from up top. They are still working like it's 1994 with systems, philosophy, way to sell, etc. Competition is lapping Bisco and if they don't change, will be gone in the next 10 years or so."

"Too many to put in words really. Unfortunately the manager of Bisco Oregon is set in his ways... Nothing will change unless he leaves, but all he knows is Bisco and the electronic components and hardware part of the world."
