"dealing with customers and large assortment of products. When training, you learn a lot of different jobs."

What don't you like about working at R.S. Hughes?

"management...there are some questionable people in management, both inside and outside."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"listen to your employees and don't turn your employees against each other. Don't promise something with no intention of delivering it. Get rid of the people weighing everyone else down or holding them back."

"I loved making connections and building relationships. Creating a book of business from scratch was a bit daunting at times, especially since I did not want to target friends and/or family."
