"The people are awesome for the most part. Many good friends there, always willing to help."

"Don't interview here. Seriously, look at another company like Websense or any of the IT Company's in the area. There has been a mass Exodus of employees since their new VP of Sales showed up. They have also borrowed a ton of money just to keep the doors open in 2013. They went from publicly traded to private to lose transparency. Check out the last thing Bloomberg had to say about them. According to some analysts, they have an 80% plus chance of going BK in the next 2 years. This company will subject you to a complete nut job VP of Sales and Sr Management that are so greedy they have taken any monetary compensation away from their employees to pay off over-payed/lazy VP's of everything."
What don't you like about working at EdgeWave?
"Management, as a whole, suffer from anal-cranial inversion, and do not care about their subordinates. EdgeWave's Sales folks have one competitor, their Management and he bobble-head backside-kissers."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Turn yourselves in. You violate laws all the time and lie to your people. Most of you lack basic integrity. Some of you have criminal records that are public."

"Run don't walk. You will not see a raise. You will be lied to about any opportunities"

"Miroc managed - Lies - Lies - Lies. Stop trying to cover up the mistakes made by lying."

"Stop micromanaging and stop the lies. Beleive your employees and not just your managers."

"Yes, I would say not to do it as there are much better places to work that respects employees. You will ultimately be fired or quit. The odds of making it 6 months are against you."
What don't you like about working at IQPC?
"The managers and culture they cruelly enforce. The culture stems from greed by the managing partner. He and his management staff proudly let the employees know that they are viewed as ATM machines and nothing more. The main sales manager is a mess; chain smoker, shouts, demoralizes employees in front of entire office, and out of touch with his staff. He is however, put on a pedestal by the owner as a true leader. If only the owner knew just how disliked he is, he might see things from a different perspective, although thats highly unlikely."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Get rid of management team in Tampa. Try to understand what drives behavior, and modernize the entire office."

"They are established, dependable, and a leader in the telecommunication industry."

"Be patient, cause once you're hired they will pay very well."

"They have lost sight of the employees & the customers."

"Get back to being more customer focused while still being able to make money."

"Be yourself. Being fake will get you nowhere in this company. The service that is provided has to be genuine and you really need to believe in the company."

"I didn't like the lack of hours that came after working for them for nearly two years."

"I would have suggested a better scheduling system. The one that we were using was not good for the majority of people."

"Badly managed, very top down don't take advice from highly experienced people who could make a difference,drunken sales culture of the 50's, dishonest management, I was hired on a pack of dis honesty to find 2/5 th of my profit centers where on the way out only told once I was hired"

"Treat the employees that bring the money in with respect. Employees should not have to pay for the privilege of working for a company. The company should pay them for there efforts and successes. Whole new management team and structure needed."
