"Be a people person. Cintas is all about relationships and communication. If you can communicate well with others, then you should have fun and no trouble with us."

"Customers were disappointed a lot because the company did not have a system in place to make sure the clients received their orders. It was frustrating to work so hard to land an account, only to lose it because they continually would not receive what they order or only receive a partial order."

"The scheduling. You only get an hour or 2 notice of when and where you need to be. Not able to make daily plans."

"There is not a lot to like about working for AAJ. The leadership is inexperienced at best, the company is constantly trying to change in to something it is not, the morale of the employees is very low, and the working hours are very long."

"Use your interview with AAJ as a learning experience of the types of companies to avoid. You'll be consistently lied to, promised things that can't be delivered, then undercut at every step along the way."
What don't you like about working at AAJ Technologies?
"Constant micromanagement from people who don't know how to do the job they're asking you to do. Terrible communication skills in almost every area of the company. People in positions they don't deserve and can't perform while people underneath them constantly outperform them. This leads to jealousy and pettiness from management toward their employees."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Lead by example. Don't try to intimidate your employees by constantly threatening them. Don't lie to customers about what you're going to do and then not do it. Don't undercut your sales-team at every step. Hire more people to help lessen the workload. Find someone who is actually capable of running a sales team. Promote certain internal employees into positions that they would do much better than their boss."
