"It stinks to work for people with vastly lower critical thinking and problem solving skills than yourself, but it was temporary."

"I would work hard to find the answers to questions posed by my employees. Employees can't do their jobs effectively if their superiors don't go to bat for them and give them all information pertaining to their job. I would make sure my employees know they can depend on me to work hard, in every area, to give them all the support they need to do their jobs well."

"Low pay. Only able to attract entry level personnel which leads to frustrating work conditions."

"Must have proven sales skill. We had optimism, but no proven results. With the uniqueness of the product you must ge a good salesman before applying"

"unproven product, in developing stages, training was not helpful, working in peak season & therefore it was difficult to meet & sell."

"keep at it, theyll break through soon. They have a good product, but need to work to prove its usefulness. They have a good thing going."

"The environment at Red Ventures is like none other. The support you received from team members and management made the job very enjoyable. I liked the clients that we worked with and the products I sold. Enjoyed the consultative sales work to come up with the right program for the customer."

"Take the stress into serious consideration. Numbers is everything to this company and it has a very high turn over due to how often numbers are checked. They say it's a marathon run every month when in reality it is a dead spring all the time."
What don't you like about working at Red Ventures?
"The stress level can be very high at times. Numbers are measured every 2weeks and everyone must be at least 75% of the team center average. With having numbers measured so often did not leave a lot of room for error or slower days."

"Have numbers measures once a month so that the sales rep has time to fix any slow or bad times they might have had."

"Know your responsibilities and opportunities for job growth. Get a good feel for your direct manager to make sure you can work for him/her and get a good feel for the culture."

"The compensation is greatly based on how well the company or branch does during a certain year and not necessarily how the individual does. This leaves your salary undetermined until the final month of the year."

"The hours were not always good. Sales were not always a possibility as customer service calls were sent to us."

"Allow more freedom in what we pitch. More flexible hours for college students."
