"Nordstrom separates itself from others in the industry by incorporating detailed, long lasting relationships with each of their customers. Employees are trained to complete outfits for the customer's occasion rather than sell one or two items. In other words, most of the sales staff act as a personal shopper to their customers. The staff also utilize a CRM system to send out promotional opportunities, thank you cards, call backs and appointment reminders."

"Company renegs on its promises. Been sued serveral times for non-payment of compensation."

What do you like about working at Healthy Buildings International?

"The people I work with closely are great but I don't trust anyone since it is a toxic office space. The CEO is a poor manager and his only concern is himself. He has issues that kill the vibe of the company."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Get it in writing. They promised me things and then tried to get out of it. Poorly organized for growth. They have no idea what to do next but have stable business they bought from the founder."

What don't you like about working at Healthy Buildings International?

"My bonus checks and not having to be in the office as a salesperson"

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Get a new CEO! The Director of Sales is just his minI me and they are terrible people managers. I get told nothing good. Simon is nice but won't step in to do anything. He is a non factor."

"This company has good benefits and insurance coverage. It also has good leaders that you can tell really care about the company. I have worked in several levels of this company and each has its perks and specially directed programs that management has put in place to allow for enjoyment and/or extra cash flow.The senior management team including CEO is personable, which isn't always easy to find."

"There is definitely room for growth in this company but you have to be willing to put in the work fo the benefits you could potentially receive."

"Strict professional dress code including no facial hair or visible tattoos"

"Continue to keep in contact with customers to make sure services are what is needed/ consistent with today's economy."

"An outstanding place to work, for those who want to do so. Prof & caring MGT."

What do you like about working at SouthComm?

"Management cares about training their salespeople so they may be successful. While having little experience in this business, and working for a couple of fly-by-night operations, it was refreshing to get on board with a professional organization. A few slackers, with a heritage from these previous companies, don't like the professional atmosphere but this is required to be successful as we speak to corporate executives daily. This company has an outstanding training program designed by the National Accounts MGR, Mr Chris Smith; it is a week long, and prepares one for success. This is all supported by the President & CEO, Phil Hageman, who is a highly educated yet personable man whose open door policy helps for those who want to be successful. Phil's not the typical corporate executive as he's courteous, concerned, and involved in both the individual's as well as the team's success. This company is for professionals, slackers can just stay at the house."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Learn the script before day one, dress appropriately for the interview...seems some folks in this business don't get it when it comes to that. Research the company."

What don't you like about working at SouthComm?

"I like the management; Mr Phil Hageman (Pres & CEO) as well as Mr Chris Smith are very personable, highly knowledgeable in this business, and concerned about the employee's success...not only because they should be, but because I feel they genuinely care. I've worked, unfortunately, for a couple sham operations where the owners pretended to care, so now...I'm able to distinguish the difference. The office is kept neat & clean, the computers & software are newer & up to date, located in a nice building. Positive & constructive advice from management as it relates to the job, or specific sales/customer experiences."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Be less tolerable for folks who leave their cubes in a total mess with trash; as well as those who create disruptive & childish behavior within the office. Its not the pig-pen free for all romper room for adults which is where these people came from. And what I tried to escape."

"I loved my job. My dream job. Loved providing people with a house."

"Run and hide. Don't look back. Run as fast as you can."

What don't you like about working at Ryan Homes?

"They are liars and don't keep their promises. I was hired in October of 2012. I was concerned with starting at a slow time if year. Manager promised me he had my back. He told me he would give me 60 extra days. I Started out slow then in January I was told I would lose my job if I didn't sell 2 houses. So I sold 2 house in the next week . I was told by sales manager that I would be safe so to speak. Then by the end of February I had verbal commitments for 3 more homes. In addition when I was hired I told them I needed a salary not draw. They agreed. They broke that promise as well. I worked 6 days a week, took phone calls on my days off, work 10 hours a day and was told I wasn't the right fit. You need 4-6 months to build a pipeline and cultivate your leads. Your selling Houses not tv's. Trust needs to be established by the sales person. You need to find the right house, lot, selections, budget and finance. This is a 2-3 month process on average. How can you be given the same amount of time to sink or swim with no pipeline. This is a formula for failure. Did I mention I won't receive my commissions for the houses I did sell. Stay away from William Ryan Homes. P.s. their quality is sub par at best. That's a whole different topic."

"Kiss my ass. I hope you sink and can't for rep proceeds you."

"Nice campus good location, good people. Some people had a good sense of humor."

"Don't do it! The promise of big money and good support for your job are a sham. They don't have a true vision, they are lost in space."

What don't you like about working at Rapid Insight?

"Disorganized and short sighted. Hired 3 new Cold Call sales reps. Within a week one was promoted to a Sales Manager, the other 2 were never told why, even though they were all hired at the same time. Management is unfocused and won't listen to new idea. When they had to let 67% of my department go, the owner sent his Customer Manager to do it because he didn't haves the stones to do it himself. No real business skill's here."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Wake up, don't hire people who won't be able to do their job because you DISCOURAGE product knowledge and sticking to a script on calls. When you data mine to support your sales team make sure the info isn't several years old, and for God sakes don't change the process 6 times in a week because you can't figure out what you are doing."

"Run away as fast as you can. Unless you like to be micro manged and talk to lower functioning people all day."

"I was told they had warm leads. We called people who had no clue who we were and why we were calling. We were often told we had called them several times in the same day."

"Dont make your sales people work every weekend and holiday that only increases the frustration."
