"I don't like that there is such a big gap between how they treat the FTEs and the vendors and consultants, having been all of them. I have worked for other companies that do not treat their vendor staff differently, and it was much better for morale."

"Treat vendors, FTEs and A- as much as possible the same. Don't leave them out of team building, etc."

"The job was easy because they compartmentalized everything so you did the same things over and over again."

"It was a sub-contractor so I didn't see a lot of room to move around in the company."
