"I don't like that there is such a big gap between how they treat the FTEs and the vendors and consultants, having been all of them. I have worked for other companies that do not treat their vendor staff differently, and it was much better for morale."
What suggestions do you have for management?
"Treat vendors, FTEs and A- as much as possible the same. Don't leave them out of team building, etc."
