"Microsoft is a great company to work for. In fact, it does not need my or anyone's recommendation. It's kind of small Silicon Valley - you have all possible choices within the company. The company culture is great, people are very talented. As a downside I'd mention too many re-orgs happened recently, but this is probably the nature of today's dynamic world and market. I enjoyed working in Microsoft, think the experience gained there will help me a lot in other projects in my career."

"I worked for MICROSOFT for 13 Years. Started as a National Technology Officer in Venezuela and ended as Chief Technology Officer for all 52 LATAM Nations. It was an exiting career in New Technologies (Cloud, AI, IoTs, ML, TVWHITE SPACES, BI And ERPs). Was main speaker in Public and Private events, including Academic Institutions and Top Government Leaders. Now, as a new American Citizen, I have the freedom to work in USA, and support all LATAM. "Microsoft was an exceptional place to work all around. My mistake was to leave a technical management position to run call centers."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Use words such as cross group collaboration, leverage, passion and commitment. They love this type of thing."

What don't you like about working at Microsoft?

"I made a mistake in leaving a technical management job to run call centers and I was not given a chance to go back to my areas of expertise. This is a common practice within Microsoft, but Microsoft LATAM did not do this for me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Microsoft CORP management was awesome. Microsoft LATAM management needs to set correct expectations with employees."
