"Benefits are better than anywhere, educational opportunities are everywhere but limited to Microsoft solutions, and career advancement is possible and encouraged, but more of a popularity contest. Stock gifts are a fantastic perk as well, and very generous."

"There is really no work/life balance, In a year, I had the opportunity to use only one third of my vacation time and was required to be in constant contact and have my laptop with me. Management does not view their team as an asset, but as disposable. Long term relationships with customers are impossible."

"Learn to be a coach, to develop talent and not simply view it as disposable at the next reorg. Listen to customers. The Microsoft sales methodology is not a universal fit."
