"I have worked for MetLife going a a year, and it has been quite a roller coaster. I was onboarded at the beginning of the pandemic, and since, have had a few different managers. As a new employee, this constant movement makes it difficult to find a rhythm and gain confidence in an unfamiliar environment. Much of the time you feel left to your own devices. With that said, many of the people I work with are friendly and kind. My personal interactions are usually always positive. At times, the "organization" can just feel very unorganized."
"I have worked for MetLife since 2015. The team I work with is great however I feel that scope for growth is limited."
