Yet, they found enough money to plaster the company name on a football stadium in NJ, as well as across several buildings in NYC. The last 3 CEOs have been the worst in MetLife's formerly great history."

"Overall is a great place to start a career, especially right out of college. My team is amazing and they are always there to help and provide feedback. One of the downsides is the new management of the company, I do not believe they are directing the company in the right direction."

"To invest in developing the skills and talents of the employees, rather than constantly recruiting new talent from outside the company. Turnover is a large issue for this reason."
