"I have been on contract with MetLife for the past 2 years as a Sr. Infrastructure Project Lead. I was hired for the Lotus Notes migration to Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Lync for approx 1500 LOB users. Although this was a great experience, and loved the co-workers, I needed more of a challenge."

I started on the smaller Individual Insurance side and eventually moved over to the much larger group side. While I enjoyed the people that I worked with I sometimes wondered what exactly the senior management did except come into a new position and change structure of teams and projects."

"If you're looking for a job with limited career advancement this would be your place to start. However, if you're looking to move up you may want to start elsewhere."

What don't you like about working at MetLife?

"There is no job security at all. Many positions and departments alike are being laid off and sent overseas."
