"My coworkers were absolutely terrific. We all got along great, often times went out to lunch together, and occasionally hung out on the weekends. I still see a few of them."

"The QA department was stretched thin, and was being reduced even further when I decided to put in my two weeks."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Keep the QA department! If the QA department goes, BSA's and developers have to test, which will have an adverse effect on how well a project will run."
