"The firm sponsored me while studying for and acquiring my series 7, 66, L&H and multiple other licenses. In addition, due to the Sr Partners' passion for what they did, it was the best learning experience in how to help clients, and the best way to get to what is on a client's mind. Time management and client management were the highest focus."

"The only tip I have for others is to ensure that there is clarity on both sides (expectations of both parties)."

"Unfortunately while a full service brokerage firm, there was always an under-riding push to particular products."

"If an employee comes on board with the desire and assurance of a particular focus, ensure those expectations are met."

"They had a last-in, first-out policy for new employees, and I was let go because of it."

"Don't be so quick to reverse hiring decisions made just a few months before. Loyalty is obviously not a two-way street."

"I am a consultant. There is a general opinion that consultants are temporary. I would like to be treated as a part of the company and not as a temporary resource."

"All workforce, including work done by consultants is a part of the project success. So need to acknowledge it more, even in areas such as PMOs where deliverables are less visible."

"The only that I don't like is that they are laying us off and exiting the lending business."
