"There are limited growth opportunities in the organization, specifically with regards to professional development."

"To invest in developing the skills and talents of the employees, rather than constantly recruiting new talent from outside the company. Turnover is a large issue for this reason."

"Concentrate on technology. Compliance is very important but not overly done to where business in hindered. Top producers should be rewarded and shown only if their work is beneficial to client and not only to their commission."

"Be confident in your abilities and be yourself. People don't want to work with robots; they want to work with human beings."

"The work would come in cycles. I'd have no work for a few days and then all of a sudden, I'd have an assignment that will take me all day and night to accomplish to meet the abrupt deadline."

"Train the younger employees to take on all the roles and responsibilities of the older workers."
