"Flexibility of schedule and potential for not having a cap on salary."

"The company will expect you to provide your own leads via friends and family, which felt too much like an Amway Ambush. They tell you they will provide leads but they don't tell you they charge $200/lead that becomes a successful application."

What don't you like about working at MetLife?

"The company is too focused on sales and not the client or his needs. Also, the Compliance Department is known as Business Prevention Unit."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Complete overhaul of business operating model. What worked in 1950 - 1970 is no longer valid."

"I suggest that management keeps the lines of communication open with their employees."

"Unstable in space, uncertainty of if will still be doing reverse mortgages in future."

"Be more proactive and train employees better, be more supportive."

"I loved the people I worked with, the training programs provided and my sales role."

"Stay strong... the interview process is long and the hiring process sometimes takes longer than expected, so hang in there!"

"There is constant change, which upsets customers/brokers, and a lot of nepotism!"

"I believe that senior management may miss a lot of the office politics going on with local management."

"Run !!! As fast and as far away as you can."

"No training, no support, no help. Management doesn't take responsibility for their own actions, but shoves the blame and consequences down the line as far as they can."

"Take responsibilities for what you do. Not everything bad that happens on the team is our fault. Please see and treat your group as an investment, and respect who we are, and what we do."
