"I like the steady pay check. Good training team. Job security. I love the benefits and health insurance, dental, retirement planning, etc."

"It's a good job, but there's better out there. Don't settle."

"Redundant, money's not great, Boring, I get yelled at constantly."

"Develop a new system for case mgr/underwriters, give more incentive."
