"Put your best foot forward (always give 110%), don't be afraid to pat yourself on the back and in the beginning learn all you can, and then show/teach if you have any suggestions to help the company in any way - productively, etc."

"Since my move for aging parents, my commute has become one hour +. My only fault with JPMC is that I couldn't bring it with me."

"Due to the changing technological industry, management should be open-minded to new advancements to enhance productivity and accuracy for the best of the company."

"Just know what you claim to know. They really took a leap of faith on some of the conversions. Some didn't have the background they claimed and really made the project more difficult than necessary."

"I disliked the limited scope of duties."

"Although nice, it was not necessary to have three weeks to convert one branch. Also, giving us leads three to five other techs to assist really seemed like a waste of resources."
