What do you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"I liked the flexibility the job allowed me to have professionally. It was always a new kind of job for just about every project, and it gave me the freedom to use my intellect to figure things out and learn new and exciting things. I especially enjoyed the freedom of not having a supervisor hovering over you all the time. You basically are given a job and a deadline, and the rest is up to you."

"Just be yourself, because in the end it all depends upon the hiring manager(s) moral and ethical beliefs."
What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"I didn't like the fact that they didn't have that many females working there, or minorities. The minorities were always treated as a second class on the job, specifically African American employees."

"They should pay attention to the ratio of minority workers in the workplace and track their training records versus the other workers' opportunities for training."

"A bunch of liars who do not practice what they preach! There is a lot of discrimination and nepotism which is very shocking as this is a US company. There will put the US citizens/staff and the incompetent before you where promotion is due."

"What the founders started will be destroyed in the 20th century if drastic changes are not made. Gulf region is a classic and worst example!!"

"International Travel, different locations, good founders who worked very hard."

"Avoid this comany, you will be used, drained of your knowledge and skills for management's benefit and thrown to the curb. They are a bunch of liars and will even fabricate anything against you when that time comes."
What don't you like about working at Johnson Controls?
"The Gulf Region is a big problem area. The exploitation, management, the fat cats who are just draing thje comoany of fat salaries and benefits, building and buying mansipons in tjeir copntries, sending kids to private schools and doint nothing for the comopany. Management is often scare of kicking them out as it will costs too much, het tjhese folks at the cuase of multimillion US dollar project failures and cock ups, IT IS A JOKE!!!. They never disclose the truth of what is going on with projects to their superiors in the US. It is worth noting the biggest bribery and corruption took place here prior to the acquisition of York International and is still VERY RIFE!!"

"Kick out the time wasters, money grabbers and appreciate the quality employees who will help shape the company, make it more profitable and give it a good name."
