The management comes from a mechanical/electrical background, making developing software products or improving the software design processes very difficult."

"AT first I thought is was a solid job, good people in the plants."

"Make sure they are not laying off on the next 3 to 12 months. You will be the first to go."

"I was worried about being layed off 30 days after I was hired. Made it through 3 rounds, When they hit logistics, I was the last in first out. They took all my ideas and were awared for those ideas this summer."

"Look at your middle management team, they arn't doing anything to make them company run well."

"I was hired for specific job only. When the project was completed the position was eliminated."

"Too big turnover of the employees (salary and hourly) workers."
