"I have worked for FedEx Office for 11 years and have had great success being able to learn amazing customer service skills and adapting to various communication techniques. I have become a better leader for it and I am grateful for all the brand has given me over the years. The company employees around 15,000 team members in over 1,900 locations throughout the country. FedEx Office is a great brand to work for and be able to take your skills to the next level as an individual contributor and a leader. Driver

"A few years too late."

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"I like the other drivers I worked with along with the belt managers. I did not think upper management thought ahead to select drivers for a route. They would not give you advance notice after the holiday that you must drive for someone or else!"

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"I did not like the implication of not being able to spend time with your family. In any job, your family is the most important thing in your daily life, and not being able to spend time with them, was not pleasing to me."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Communicate with the drivers in a positive manner. There is not enough of this coming from the top. The belt managers will let you know how you are doing, but the upper management will not unless there is something very wrong."

Senior Center Manager

"Good Company, but make sure your eyes are wide open first."

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"Fed Ex Kinko's was a good place, but keep in mind that no matter how good your numbers are, they can be difficult to work with once you get past the Store Manager level. They don't listen to their employees after a certain level, they just tell you and that is that."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"It is not just enough to research this company. You need to talk to other people who are at or above the level you are expecting to come in at. Ask the tough questions, not just the standard ones. Be ready for a lot of hours, 70+ per week at times."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"They will spend a lot of time saying Good Job, but behind your back, they play politics and they don't care who gets hurt in the process."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Take the time to really listen to your employees, don't just send out a survey and expect them to be honest about their feelings. There is too much intimidation involved and nobody truly believes that the surveys are confidential."

Production Specialist

"Please don't work for Kinkos please don't flag this"

What do you like about working at FedEx?

"My Co-workers nothing else. They can't fire you! the only things that they can fire you for is stealing and sleeping (not sleeping with your boss of course) you get a raise for that)."

Do you have any tips for others interviewing with this company?

"Only take this job if you are about be homeless, don't mind standing up for 6+ hours a day. Please don't know too much you will be running the store and not getting paid for it."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Management and corporate unless you are sleeping with the boss, you will not move up at all. The do not hire for corporate from any store locations (DO NOT BE FOOLED). HR is not your friend they will tell on you if you have issues. Compensation in my 4 years with Kinko's I was 3% that is a a 30 cent raise in 4 years! When I Ieft Kinko's. The day I left Kinko's was one of the happiest day of my life. Next to getting married. I was demoted to cashier and still still running the store (funny). if you want to know more please email me i.hate.kinkos@gmail.com This a real email address. leave your info I will get back with you."

"Try to work at the center with the most people. You may have more competition for promotion but you will never have to be worried about getting time off."

What don't you like about working at FedEx?

"Did not like being passed over because I did my job too well. It appeared as though they could not find someone with my range of skills hence I remained in the same position, and new hires got the management positions with no previous industry experience. Working with a short staff often.I believe in having a full hour lunch. The biggest insult I have ever received, a 5 cents raise."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"Promote from within. Hire individuals with some kind of printing or graphics background. Stop running your centers with a short staff. This should help with employee turnover. You get what you pay for, raises should be at lease 1 dollar. Bring back the training centers,"
