I was proud to stay I worked for a company that valued their employees growth. Best Buy provided me with great customer service and selling skills I can pass on to other jobs and the discount wasn't bad either."

"Be on time. Listen to people, and always go to a manager higher up if you feel another manager is doing something wrong."

"I was not happy with their viewpoints. They are so focused on sales that they tend to forget about the customer."

What suggestions do you have for management?

"If you want to improve your sales you need to 'listen' to the people. They say they do, but working with most of the management they only have their pay in the back of their mind."
