"Nepotism, brownnosing is the only means to advancment. Talent and new ideas are repressed. Layoffs are a constant worry. DO IT CHEAP is their motto."

"Do the job on financial prediction modeling. Do the long term homework stop the constant fear of layoffs. Treat the bottom line people with respect instead of lining the pockets of the B-bands on up."
